Applicants should have at least a basic experience in the following areas:
Basic Network Infrastructure (Switches, Routers)
Firewalls
Backups
VoIP
Applicants should have a much more extensive experience in the following areas:
Windows Server 2000, 2003
Exchange 5.5, 2000, 2003
Small Business Server 2000, 2003
SQL Server 2000
Windows 2000, XP
Antivirus/Spam Solutions
Real-world managed service provider experience as well as Microsoft certification is highly desirable.
